Is it THAT bad to be under your calories?!
Lately I've been under my calorie goal by a lot. The thing is, I've upped my water intake (which takes away my need to munch), switched to lean meats, switched sugary fruits to mostly berries, and breads to under 100 cal, and stopped drinking as much.
