Cardio vs. Strength Training
I'm roughly 235-240 pounds at any given time. I exercise in spurts, usually cardio, but it's far from a habit. What should I be doing? Cardio or strength training or a combination of both? I love doing Zumba, it's a lot of fun and I can motivate myself to do it easier than I can to do squats or whichever. Any advice?

How do you figure out calories?
I'm trying to monitor my calories and it's easy if it's on a package, but if I try to make anything from scratch, how would I figure out nutritional values? Are there any good websites for this?

Work all day, then workout? How?
I work at a casino and I pretty much literally RUN back and forth 8-10 hours a day.
