I'm at the beginning (again) of a very long journey. I weigh 395 pounds, I'm 5'4". I'm homebound, with no exercise equipment at home. I saw a TikTok video recommending this seated routine for people that have been sedentary for a long time. I set a goal to do this once daily for a week and see where I'm at. I started…

Where do I start?
Due to mental illness, I'm unable to see a doctor to confirm, but I worry that I have diabetes or at the very least I'm pre-diabetic. How many calories/carbs? Insulin resistant
I'm having the worst time finding a calulator to determine how many calories and carbs per day I should have. It's likely that I'm either insulin resistant or pre-diabetic. I'm 260 pounds, 5'4", 35 years old, and sedentary - though I want to change that. Do any calculators exist that would take all that into factor? I'd…

How can I exercise when
It seems like everything, including myself, is against me? I'm 297 pounds. Just walking up and down the stairs twice in a row gets me winded. 290 lbs What do I do?
I'm at my all time high weight. I'm tired of it. I know in the past I set a million goals for myself and stick with them for a short while. Then, I quit them all. Total Sucko/Weakling Where do I start?
I weighed myself today at 264.2 lbs. I need to exercise (among other things). I don't belong to a gym, nor do I have the money to join. I can't afford a personal trainer. I've done some research and most of it points to strength training, but honestly what can I reasonably expect to do? I couldn't do a push up to save my…

Food triggers
I know some people have triggers such as carbs or sugar. My trigger seems to be eating itself. One bite of anything and my eyes glaze over and I'm a ravenous monster, much like a zombie looking for brains. I have to eat to live. How do I defeat this trigger?

What exercises do I add?
I have a Fitbit and I started the Nike Training program on Xbox. It is cardio as well as exercises such as planks, burpees, squats, and lunges. Using Fitbit to determine TDEE
I'm so excited, I got a Fitbit from my husband for Christmas. I don't have any Fitbit friends yet, not really sure how to set that up. I've got it integrated with MFP. Explain this? Low cals + weight, high cals - weight?
The other day I got up super late, skipped breakfast and wasn't all that hungry. I netted maybe 1,000 calories and drank at least 96 ounces of water. I weighed myself the next morning and I was up 2 pounds. So yesterday I ate pretty well during the day and binged at night. No clue how many calories as I didn't count, but…

How accurate is the calculator on MFP for burning calories? I have Nike band that tells me calories for walking/jogging, but I also do Zumba or dancing and I want to make sure that I'm accurately tracking the calories I burn.
