Help with logging Revabs

I started the 90 day Revabs program today and I would like to track it, but I have no idea how to input it. I searched for Revabs with no luck. It's mostly strength training, but has cardio too. How would I track it and how do I figure how many calories I've burned while doing it?

    I think the best idea would be some sort of HRM. I'm doing INSANITY and there is nothing there when I search there as well so I had to create my own and log my own calories.
