Food triggers

I know some people have triggers such as carbs or sugar. My trigger seems to be eating itself. One bite of anything and my eyes glaze over and I'm a ravenous monster, much like a zombie looking for brains.
I have to eat to live. How do I defeat this trigger?

By not being hungry. Eat smaller more frequent meals. So that you aren't starving when you finally do eat and cause yourself to binge.0

Sometimes it is not the food. It is the emotions that the food is stuffing down. If you change the head you can change the body. Many don't want to do the mental work to understand how emotions affect how we eat and what food means to us.0

I'm the same way. I can't lose weight without doing 20/4 IF. I skip breakfast, skip lunch, huge dinner, then sleep before can eat again. I was a hardcore food addict. I might as well have been boiling pasta in a spoon with a lighter. 20/4 is the only way I can control it.0
