Hi! I'm Danielle. My goal weight is currently 100lbs, but I'm extremely iffy on that. I only put it in there because I needed a number. For a height of 5'3'', it's considered just above underweight. How do you not get bored working out?
Hi all. I'm eight weeks into recovery from a knee injury and can only bike and use the elliptical. Anyone know about knee injuries? Went to the ER last night.
They did some x-rays. The doctor felt the side of my knee for about two seconds. They watched my try to walk (a.k.a. they watched as I fell down because I'm not weight bearing). They gave me an immobilizer and a prescription for Vicodin. They discharged me with a "severe sprain" of the MCL. My question is... I mentioned…

Ladies around 5'4''! What's your max bench & max leg press?
I don't have any friends my height who work out at all, so I can't compare myself to an average to get an idea of where I'm at. Max leg press is 540+lbs (I max out the machine with potential for more) and max bench is 90lbs (and this just about kills me). Thanks in advance! :)

Do YOU track your water? Does it help?
I personally have never been one to drink a ton of water, but I know it's helpful when you're trying to lose weight. Do you record how much water you drink? Does it help you stay on track? Thanks ladies & gents. :)
