I'm with Jaime. It IS the little things. Don't be discouraged, even when you fail. I have failed so many times, it is ridiculous. Take today, for example. Eating & coming in UNDER calorie goals
Okay, I need tips - how are you all doing this? I see so many of you regularly coming in under your daily goals. Jaime, Heather, Lesley, Jamie, Jenny. How are you doing it so consistently?
