Where is everyone in Mutual-land? How are you all doing with your own fitness? I'm constantly challenged by my eating and my (lack of) weight loss shows! I need duct tape and to go through all my cupboards and toss everything remotely 'interesting' to eat. Then, it might get better! Well, I recognize it. Now, to do something about it! GRRRRRRR.

    Joining to see what it's about. Not optimisitc because I'm not sure I've convinced myself that I "want to change" enough yet - gotta commit to the lifestyle adjustment and I'm pretty "fat & happy" right now.
