Can I eat a little more if I walk more?
I just want to check my calculations, I am 5 foot 4 and 42 yr old weighing 219 pounds now. I would like to lose approx 1.5 pound average per week (allowing for fluctuations) I am doing a one mile walk twice a day taking around 20mins per mile, I cannot seem to work out how many calories I should eat per day and whether I…
