I am just getting over a 12 hour flu that seems to be going around here in Illinois. I lost 2 pounds in the process, but I prefer NOT to do it again. lol I hope it didn't throw off my ketosis by barely eating anything. Had a can of chicken noodle soup, and I ended up eating a candy cane for the mint to settle my stomach.…
For whatever reason I was more hungry today. I went over a bit on calories, but stayed under my carb limit. Is that ok?
Went to the doctors today, and was prescribed myloxicam, and flexeril. Do I need to log them on my food diary? They also are running a full blood panel, so I hope it comes back with better cholesterol readings than last time.
