Here is something easy to make, and they are great. Bacon wrapped stuffed jalapenos. Jalapenos sliced lengthwise and cleaned of all seeds. Fill with cream cheese, then wrap a slice of bacon around it. Bake on cookie sheet. I use parchment paper for easy clean up. Bake at 350 until bacon is done. Yummy!!

Have you just started doing keto? I know I had hot flashes in the first couple of weeks of the diet. It went away after that and hasn't done it since. Thank you. I have only been doing keto for a month so I am pretty new as well. I do like this way of eating, because after the couple of yucky days, it is amazing how much better you will feel, and then your body will turn into a fat burning machine. :drinker:

Well, I'm feeling a lot better today, but my appetite has definitely dropped. I'm just not hungry? I am sure it will come back soon, just got to let my stomach heal I guess. Hope you are feeling better as well?

It's all good. I'm constantly learning and changing the way I am getting my calories and carbs. Thank you all for your concern and input. I will take all info under advisement. I do by the way take vitamins to offset my lack of veggies. :happy:

I have mine set at 65% fat, 35% protein, 5% carbs, at 1500 calories a day. I hope that helps. :happy:

I just recently started keto as well, and you have your percentages messed up. You are getting too many carbs, more protein than fat as well. If you would like to look at my diary it might help you. Had my expectations to high in the beginning, but I am happy I figured out losing weight a little bit at a time is still losing weight! Just lost another pound today!!! 27 days and 7 pounds lost is a good start. :happy:

I will certainly do just that. I understand how confusing it can be. LOL I would have never figured it out if not for a few of you on here. Loving this diet. I did have a cheat today for the first time and went over my carbs by 10. I did stay under 30 grams though. :tongue:

I'm new to this keto way of eating, but I attempted to make a batch of fat bombs. I took half of a package of cream cheese, and real whipped cream, and beat them together with my mixer.
