Food Scale recommendations needed
Ok...I'm ready to go hard with this weight loss and accurately track what I'm consuming. Any recommendations on a food scale? Brand or where I should buy one? Also, are there any other tools that you find helpful, like a heart rate monitor? Thanks in advance! LaTisha

A response to my previous question led me to this question - do you wear a heart rate monitor while exercising? Do you find this to be more accurate when tracking calories burned? And if so, any recommendations on what I should purchase?
