Keying in macros for IIFYM
Hey Fitfam! I'm not sure if this question has been asked before. I couldn't find it though. How do I key in the exact macros into MFP? MFP shows them in % but they don't match the numbers I get from the IIFYM calculator. Someone told me there's a plug-in that allows me to tweak it but i can't seem to find it anywhere. Help.
