Hi, I was wondering if there's an ideal time of day to eat certain foods? I had been eating carbs in the morning thinking i could burn this off during the day but apparently I read somewhere I was wrong with doing that? Any guidance?
My treadmill is very basic and does show calories burned, but it's always different than what my fitness pal says I burned. MFP takes into account my weight and gender I assume when saying how much I've burned, so should I go with what MFP says or my treadmill? I've always gone with my treadmill though.
