Looking for nut free protein bar
Can anyone recommend a good protein bar that is nut free? I have a nut allergy and I am having trouble finding a bar with a good amount of protein and no nuts. Thanks!

I am 2 days out from surgery. I had back pain when I woke up and still get pain in my back when I'm sipping water. Have any of you experienced this?
