I'm currently on week 7, anyone else doing this program? Anyone in the past have decent results?
I recently noticed that my right knee will slightly go inward when doing DL's. I dropped my weight down to 70lbs from 100lbs to really focus on form, and it still bends inward. I'm pushing through the heels etc... Anyone else have this problem and were able to fix it?
I currently mix mine (Vanilla flavored) with water... It's not so great tasting. Has anyone tried mixing their protein with vanilla soy milk or something else? Thanks in advance.
