Googled the calorie content of a tin of lidl tomatoes and ended up on here . 48 male , put 2 stone on last year . Same old cycle with me , lose 2-3 stone then the old ways creep back and it all comes back on . currently 18 st 3.8 lbs ......i make that 255.8 lbs . Started the diet today lets see how it goes , around 15 1/2…
