Six months in... Results
Six month results are in -33lbs -33 inches Waist is down 10in Bust is down 6in Hips down 5in Calves down 1.5in Gone from size 20 or XXL to a M/L 14 Not bad! Hope the latter half of the year is just as good! :-D

Stalled for almost three months- advice?
Started dedicated fitness and weight loss in January 2016. Lost 35lbs pretty quickly. Currently 5.4" 191lbs and am 47. I still have about 50lbs left to lose.
