Fell off the wagon! - Getting back on!
I started MFP just over 1 year ago and came with in 12 pounds of hitting my goal. I maintained for a while but had a hard time loosing the last 12 pounds. Cheat Days
I have been taking this at a smooth pace. I have lost 6lbs over the past 4 weeks. I started at 216 lbs and want to get to 190 lbs. I do plenty of exercise including both weight training and cardio.
