Exercise calories
So...MFP has me set to 1260 calories a day. I eat close to or just shy of that. But there are days when I burn 800 calories in a workout. So it is telling me i still have 1,000 calories left to eat but I don't because I don't think I could. Am I not giving my body enough calories in??

Anyone have any opinion on the wifi scales you can get that track basically everything. Lol. Are they worth the money??

Hi there. I see most people am have been set to 1200 calories a day. MFP has me set to 1520/day. Does that sound right??

Lack of Veggies
Hi there, I was just wondering if anyone had any recipes or secrets for getting more veggies in their diet. I am not very inventive and am getting sick of the usual. Lol. I do not eat enough veggies and am looking for a good way to get them in my diet. Thanks
