I felt cheated when I dutifully logged my weight lifting for the day and noticed that no calories were subtracted. What's the deal?
I see that I only have 270 calories remaining from the day. If I can walk at all later, I'll try, but I am not optimistic that I can fit it in. Can you [;ease suggest how I can feed myself something this evening? I'm not a fan of vegetables, and I am trying to avoid my fall back, bread.
