Muscle weighs more then fat?
So I have always been really solid...muscular with some fat. And I weigh a lot more then I look. Could this be a reason why I haven't seen the scale going down? I've been eating a calorie deficit. Ingredients already added?
So say I make pancakes ... And on the package it says it's 180 calories. Does that include the ingredients like the eggs milk etx that you add into the pancake mix . Or iare those ingredients extra calories?

I've been doing the insanity workout and I'm looking for something more for a beginner. I haven't exercised in 6 years and insanity is a little to much for me right now. I need a workout video that doesn't require any tools. Thanks

Hurt ankle
The second day I started working out I hurt my ankle. I believe I was doing a jumping exercise. We'll my ankle hurts when I walk up my stairs, almost like my ankle needs to be popped and so when I put that pressure on it, it hurts? Did I sprain my ankle or stretch a ligament? It doesn't feel that serious idk

I made my own juice... Celery, carrots, apples,oranges,limes,lemons,cucumbers, and kale. I substitute a glass or two for a meal....how to I enter that into my food diary or how do I know how many calories?
