So I ate a an Atkins Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bar, misread the label and downed 23 carbs in one freaking snack. So now I'm up to 53 carbs for the day (limiting myself to 20) and am concerned it'll knock me out of ketosis. My question is, will it?
