Hi all, So, it happened. 8 years ago I lost 7st (just under 100lbs). And yep I’ve put it all back on … plus tax. Several half-hearted attempts to lose it resulted in the typical ski jump of losing a bit and then putting on more, losing less and putting on more, and so on.
