Drop 15-20lbs in 5 weeks? Is this possible?
I weigh 154 right now and I want to lose 15 to 20lbs in 5 weeks, so far I've lost 2lbs last week. I eat an average 1,100 calories a day,(I'm not a big fan of counting, mainly I just stick to eating vegetables in each meal with protein) drink at least 2 liters of water a day and I do not eat anything junk food, candy.
