If you haven't tried this already.. YUMMMMM..... After a workout.. it's cool and refreshing. And since it's frozen.. you have to take your time. Weight Watchers doesn't count fruit anymore at all. Myfitnesspal does.. so act according. :smile:
...and guess what happened. :-) 8 years ago I'd reached my goal and I lost 130 lbs. HURRAH... Then a few years ago I stopped teaching dance, the dance team I was on ended, I stopped going out multiple times per week dancing... and now.. I'm back up 50 lbs. UGH!! Okay..
