Not much of a difference..but I feel better than ever!!
I started losing weight in late Sept. of 2010. I hit a few bumps along the way and then I found MFP. Although I haven't lost a significant amount of weight I definitely feel better. I start week 2 day 1 of Insanity tomorrow. I have been logging my workouts under Aerobics high impact.
