New meal/ food ideas anyone??
Hello all- I am a vegetarian and have been eating the same things for far too long- dry cereal in the am, salad w no fat dressing at dinner, occasionally I'll try some tofu- but I haven't found a way to marinate it that I care for- anyone have meal ideas, tofu/ salad recipes? Anything is appreciated- even different types…

so i am (obviously) trying to watch my caloric intake but am so sick of eating the same foods for every meal. anyone have any suggestions for low calorie snacks/recipes/meals that they can share with me? thanks so much :)

New twist to salad!!
I'm a vegetarian and a calorie counting nut!! I eat salads for dinner almost every single night and need some new ideas, toppings, dressing recipes, spices, etc all suggestions are welcome!:) and greatly appreciated! Low cal is best!!! Salads are evil little devils when you start piling on the extras lol

6week6pack/Jillian Michaels
Has anyone here done the 6 week 6 pack video/ how are the results? i started it but the workouts are longer than those in the 30 day shred and with my 5month old it seemed impossible for a while, haha. Please let me know what Jillian dvds have worked for you! I did the shred and definitely see results!!
