I am finding it difficult to find a scale for calories burned. It is relative to the intensity of the workout. I am doing between 20 and 30 min. at a "health bounce". Sometimes I throw in some more intense jumping, add hand weights, or arm movements. How do you judge the calorie burn then?
Hi, I am trying to lose 100 lbs. while quitting smoking. I am a habit former. I was awfully sick in Dec. I had an epiphany that if I stayed on the road I was on I would not see 50. So, I am on a new road. If anyone wants to tag along, I would appreciate the company.
