Shepherds pie
Hi How would you work out the calories for a shepherds pie. I've used a 500g bag of lamb mince but don't know how many potoatoes. The meal is to serve 2 adults and 4 small kids so smaller portions. Sometimes it's hard to work things out isn't it. thanks

I can't work out the calories
Hi, I'm new to this board I've just downloaded the app to my iphone and now come on to look at the website. So hello ladies and gents :-) My question is this. If 195g of cooked rice is 265 calories how many calories would you allow for 140g instead. Sorry but my maths is rubbish. thanks Sam

My first day counting calories
After years of WW and points counting I'd thought I'd give calories a go so hello everyone and wish me luck :-) Ideally I want to lose a stone and a half more if I can. SamDavies
