Kids-diagnosed as dairy and egg intolerant!
We just took my daughter and son (5 and 2) to the dr yesterday. I have 45 lbs to loose...that seems like alot to me. It has been a little discouraging to think of how long it's gonna take me to loose it. When are you supposed to stretch? Someone told me to do it before I started working out, someone else said that I should do it in the middle of my workout, and another person said at the end. Or does it matter?
