  • Tried almond milk this morning...THEY LOVED IT!!!! Tried vegan mozzarella...They thought it was great! Next we will try hummus. Hopefully that will go over just as well as the milk and cheese!

  • Thanks for that post. I'm just starting (phase 1) and I'm glad to have an idea of what's ahead of me. The last two times I've tried to loose weight I gave up in Phase 2. I think I got bored with it. Hopefully this site will help me stick with it!
