SUGAR.
Getting really frustrated at the fact I keep going over on my sugar intake, purely because of the fruit I eat. I eat grapes, a banana and an apple for lunch each day and that alone makes me go over. I don't even eat sweets, god damn it. Is anybody else experiencing this? :explode:
