Starting up again!

Hello all :smile:

I used myfitnesspal last year almost every day, but when I reached my goal in August 2015 time, I decided to take control individually to see if I could maintain my weight that way. Turns out I haven't actually put any weight on, but I have altered my goal slightly to lose a little more... I have set my goal at 8 st 7lbs, which means I need to lose 9lbs.

Would appreciate any tips to help shift the last few pounds, and any friends/motivation I can gain from this site along the way. I'm not dieting as such, just keeping an eye on my cals, and still attending the gym 3 or 4 times a week.

    It sounds like you have a handle on how this process works to me! Calories in, calories out. So work hard.... push yourself beyond your comfort zone and watch the calories for what your goal is. You got this!!
