Okay I'm in!
Read up on this and it makes alot of sense. since my personal goL IS TO BE HEALTHY and I don't have a GOAL date in mind...I figured what do I have to lose? I'll give it a few weeks and see how it goes!

Zumba
I do Zumba a few times a week and have been using dance when I log the exercise. Does anyone know what the appropriate thing would be to calculate zumba calories burned? Thanks1
