Healthy snack for 200ish calories
Help!! I've only been tracking my food for 3 days now and I've consistently came in just under 1200, so last night I up'ed my menu a bit. If anyone has advice that'd be great but I'm more frustrated with myself than anything else. For the 2 months, I have gained and lost the same 2-5 lbs. Working out before bed
Looking for some feedback and opinions. I work 12 hour shifts as a 911 dispatcher, aka 12 hours on the tush. My shifts also rotate from 7am to 7pm and then when I'm on nights 7pm to 7am.
