I use Fiber Advance Gummies Weight Management. You can have 2-4 per day; however I wouldn't go over 2. It will make you overactive if you know what I mean. They give you 4 grams of fiber and 15 calories for 2 gummies and it makes me feel like I'm getting candy. :)

I am in the process of trying to raise my HDL as well. My doctor told me to increase my intake of nuts & seeds, specifically almonds. My doctor also stressed that exercise is a great way to bring it up. Good luck!
