Besides Facebook this is the first time I’ve joined a “specialized” social network. I’ve been into fitness and nutrition for years, way back in the beginning of time(my time at least) I considered going into the physical training and nutrition business, but at the time it was in its infancy and well, I went in another direction, business sales. Still I’ve always wanted to share what I’ve learned over the years. You can read more about me if you to…..or not that’s up to you. I know where I’ve been, and where I’m going.
I’ve been on this message board and given my in put here and there. I’ve noticed one thing in common. A lot of people “new” to the dieting scene have questions about dieting and a lot of questions about what they should or shouldn’t eat.
There are a lot of great articles out there and plenty of good resource material. I thought I would share some.
A good article on Exercise and nutrition for beginners.

some good products come from Walden Farms- they have no calories, carbs, gluten, or sugar. There many products from salad dressings, to ketchup, carmel and cholcolate sauce. i think they taste good and there are no calories.0
