URGENT! PLEASE HELP :(
I am a ballet dancer. I have had niggly annoying knee pain before. But just today my knee has developed a shooting pain whenever I pull up my knee cap fully (straighten my leg) it is painful and I cant push past it! I'm in my late teens and I'm in my first year of Full time Dance training; I dance up to 6 hours a day; I'm a type 1 diabetic so I already lead a quite healthy diet but I cannot seam to lose weight. Serving size of peanutbutter?
I know that a serving of peanutbutter is about 1 tablesoon... but does it have to be exact? meaning does it havel to be a "level" tablespoon of peanutbutter. Also is Homebrand a good type to use? I was doing some reading on here and apparently there are some peanutbutters that are bad for you!
