Please can anyone out here help. Ijust recoloured my hair. Usually i get someone to do it for me, but no one was available. I HAVE BLUE EARS and i can't get the damned stuff off. Any suggestions please

Thighs
Ok so here's my problem. I've lost about 13lb and decided i could do with some new jeans only when trying them on, if they fit over my thighs, they are to big on my hips/waist. Is there anything i can do to try and get rid of a few inches off my thighs.

Ive been on here a while now, and was doing ok to begin. Seem to be really struggling at the moment though. Would like to try and make some friends on here.
