Hello everyone, New here today. Have about 100 pounds to lose so better get started. Started just eating regularly today and logging a 'usual' day to find that about 3000 cals is normal for me....NOT good. Going to start by cutting back to 2000 cals and excersise on average to gain an extra 500 cals a day. Wish me luck! :)
