I bought a 1/2 lb of sliced turkey from Walmart and made wrap on a flatout bread. When I added my 4oz of turkey, the calorie count was 440. That can't be right. Any ideas on what the real calorie is? I was so disappointed, I thought it would be a healthy meal.
Hi, I got an i-Pod Touch 2 weeks ago and just realized my daughter downloaded this app. I love it! I have been tracking my food/exericise on an excel spreadsheet since Oct, right after consulting a nutritionist. This is so much easier. I can't wait to read the posts and share things.
