I love the mornings. Hubby and I are up at 4:30, feed the 3 labs, have a quick cup of coffee, then off to the Y. Work out for 1hr, drive back home, fix breakfast, lunch, shower, let the dogs out AGAIN, then drive back into town to work. I make my lunch at night so that helps. Checking in. Got my butt to the Y at 4:45 am , yes am, walked 1.5 miles and lifted. Didn't eat enought calories today. Me Bad! That is always my problem, not eating enought. Need to get to bed so I can do it all over again.

Hi - sort of new here. Joined awhile ago and didn't keep. I would like to join the challenge although my goal is small and that is 10 lbs by Christmas.
