One week in
One week in and the weather (at least in my part of the UK) is picking up and looking good. I even found a pair of shorts today, not sure if I am up to wearing them in public yet.

I don't want this thread to become a competition of who can lift most, but I am curious to know.... What is the maximum weight you can lift (and how, bench, squats etc) and how long did it take you lovely ladies to get there? thanks for any comments A lifting newbie
