Hi everyone! First post. I was just wondering if it's possible to view other people's food diaries. I think it'd be great to see what other people are eating to spark ideas about what other things I can also eat to maintain my diet.

Should I rest or keep pushing?
The day after an exercise, my ab muscles ache which is a great sign that my workouts are working! But am I supposed to rest up for the day or am I supposed to keep pushing through the pain and continue working them out? Which leads to better muscle development?
