Motivation
Need to get moving again. I’ve lost my motivation. What helps you get over the slump? Also how do you find time with busy work schedule? I’m awake @430 to get to work on time. By the time I’m home around 6 I have no energy for fitness.

Just got an Apple Watch series 3. Any app suggestions. Anyone want to add me to the fitness share on activity app? The challenges keep me motivated. I’m use to the FITBIT community. This is way different.

Stressed
Starting up again. Loved it when I was doing it. let life get in the way. Started Nursing School, stress and sitting studying has gained me 20lbs. But I defiantly need the motivation to continue.
