Is it possible to plateau for 3 years?
My fitness history: - 195 lbs, 5'2 at 16 (2011) - Got my life together and lost around 50 over the summer (the weight came off pretty easily) - Graduation, first year of college, second year of college. No actual workout for 3 years. - Present time, 143 lbs, give or take, 5'3 at 19. My weight has been the same for 3 years…
