I started at about 168, I'm 5'8 and my current weight is 152. I've tried to have a clean diet without depriving myself of the things that I like. I work out a few times a week mixing up cardio, weight training and HIIT. I'm really proud of myself for sticking with it and I hope to be about 140 by late June.
