Hi all, Wondering what you add to the calorie burn cappucino to make it tastier? I bought some sugar-free chocolate syrup by Torani, but honestly, it doesn't seem to add much flavor at all! Any suggestions appreciated :) .
Hey all, I try to eat my dinner pretty early... I think it's better for my digestion and my sleep. Is it okay to have my last Medifast meal of the day as a "dessert" between dinner and bedtime? I wasn't sure if the order in which I eat the meals is going to affect my progress. Thanks!!
