Workout Routines
Just starting to workout again, and was curious if anybody had any tips/pointers or info on where to get a workout routine outline from.....looking for a whole body workout routine, nothing to extremely difficult.

Hey All, Well here goes another attempt at this, never tried the community/message boards so I figured I would give it a try. Ususally make it about 5 months or so of tracking everything and all the sudden it just stops. Looking foward to giving this a try!!
